I’m a certified life coach who empowers busy professionals to cultivate consistent exercise routines. With a background as a Physician Assistant, I've witnessed firsthand how easily we can neglect our well-being while striving for career success and personal fulfillment.
I found myself burnt out and overwhelmed, preaching the importance of exercise and healthy habits to my patients while neglecting my own self-care. The excuses piled up—"I'm too tired today. I don't have time. Maybe tomorrow."
But then I decided enough was enough. I took charge of my schedule, reorganized my priorities, and learned practical strategies to reclaim my well-being. Today, exercise is a vital part of my daily routine that keeps me grounded, energized and feeling like my most authentic self.
