I'M BROOKE.

I've helped countless people overcome their overwhelm, manage their time, and free themselves of the mental clutter that blocks them from getting shit done (while actually allowing them to create MORE free time for the things they really want to do). 

 

I'm a certified life coach, Physician Assistant, pickleball enthusiast, and dog mom who helps busy people like you be more productive. 

The thing is, we actually have more time than we think. 

 

I've bene there, overwhelmed, stressed and constatntly thining about the seemingly never ending to do list that just gets longer and longer despite me doing more and more. 

 

My problem came down to 2 things:

- mental spinning

- lack of planning 

 

At first I needed a system that actually worked. Something that relieved my overwhelm not made it worse. A way for me to organize my to do list and all the thoughts in my brain telling me to do XYZ next. 

Once I figured that out, then I needed to actually implent it. Just having the calednar and plan didnt matter if I didnt stick to it. 

 

That's what makes what I teach different. 

 

I will give you the plan, as well as how to actually stick with it. 

 

oh yeah, and i ALWAYS prioritize fun first.

 

What's the point of getting shit done if you're miserable? 

 

Ok cool, you have a clean house, food is meal prepped, you exercise regularly, but you're misearble.... what's the point? 

 

I don't believe in overworking to the point of burn out and exhaustion... sorry not my thing. 

I believe in planning ahead and being  efficient so that you have SO MUCH TIME to do the things you LOVE and WANT to do (like go to the beach, cuddle your dogs, take a hot bath). 

When you learn my system, you'll have time for the stuff that you want, without the guilt. 

 

But then I realized something had to change. I was tired of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. So, I took control. I learned how to master my schedule, prioritize my health, and create sustainable habits that actually worked for my busy life.
